  - Access Scoring services UI page fails with message "network
    issue". That is due to missing a required metadata table :
    HA_INSTANCES. This leads to an abnormal termination of
    WMLz core services process.
  - Import model fails with message "Failed to get deployment
    spaces: Request failed with status code 502" when users try
    to import models trained in IBM Cloud Pak for Data v3.5.
  - Create python runtime step fails with message "Connection to
    pypi.python.org timed out" during the configuration of WMLz
    instance. This is due to the needed python dependencies are
    missing.

• - An proper message is correctly returned when accessing
    Scoring services UI page fails due to missing a required
    metadata table : HA_INSTANCES.
  
  - Import model function has been fixed to support importing
    the models trained with IBM Cloud Pak for Data v3.5 to
    Watson Machine Learning for z/OS successfully.
  
  - The needed python dependencies have been included in the
    WMLz package so that creating pythong runtime step can
    be completed successfully during the configuration of WMLz
    instance.
