This document describes how to obtain library QSYSINC.
Library QSYSINC is installed with the System Openness Includes, which is Option 13 of the base operating system.
Issue the GO LICPGM command, Option 11, to determine the list of Licensed Programs that can be installed. From this screen, under the base operating system select Product Option 13 for the System Openness Includes. When installing this option, the QSYSINC library is installed on the system
