Troubleshooting
Problem
When the "Modify Plan" permission is given to a user role and the "Modify Attached Pages" permission is disabled, a user with that role can still create a plan. However, the created plan only partially created and is corrupted.
Symptom
When accessing the corrupted plan, "Error - Unable to get property 'length' of undefined or null reference" is returned
