Troubleshooting
Problem
An incremental backup using the IBM Spectrum Protect backup-archive client on Linux hangs while it is trying to
"GetFSInfo for path /file-system-name"
, which is a temporary file system that is no longer mounted.Diagnosing The Problem
When you run the backup with a client trace (service), the trace shows the following messages:

Resolving The Problem
Engage OS team to check the file system listed in "
GetFSInfo for path /file-system-name"
. Once the file system is mounted or removed and the filesystem is working properly, retry the backup, and the backup should complete successfully.Document Location
