Error description

• The Db2 HPU interactive application allows to specify input or
  output dsnames to be used by Db2 HPU at run time. Before
  generating the JCL to invoke Db2 HPU in batch mode, the ISPF
  application checks somes rules to validate the specified dataset
   names are valid. Those rules do not allow to use JCL symbolics
  (variables such as &&MYVAR). The controls done by the ISPF
  application should be changed to allow the use of JCL variables.
