IJ30229: PHA SVC PPRC VERIFICATION ERROR WHEN USING FS5030

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• PowerHA Enterprise Edition using SVC Replicated Resources
  with FS5030 storage will return this verification error
  despite the remote mirror license being in place:
  
  cl_verify_svcpprc_config: ERROR - SVC PPRC license is not
  activated on SVC SVCA.
  
  cl_verify_svcpprc_config: ERROR - SVC PPRC license is not
  activated on SVC SVCB.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• PowerHA Enterprise Edition using SVC Replicated Resources with
  FS5030 storage will return this verification error despite the
  remote mirror license being in place: cl_verify_svcpprc_config:

Problem conclusion

• Modified SVC code so that it checks license using both lslicense
   and lsfeature.
