  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: New functions are added to the          *

  z/OSMF V2R1 Resource Monitoring was modified to
  
  1. Retrieve data that was collected by the RMF Monitor III data
  gatherer before current date and time.
  
  2. Export the data collected for an entire dashboard or a
  specific metric group to the local workstation as
  comma-separated values (CSV) files.

• -------------  ENHANCEMENTS  -------------
  The Resource Monitoring task contains the existing resource
  monitoring functionality along with new enhancements.
  
  Previously, the Resource Monitoring dashboard started
  collecting performance data after it was opened and stopped
  collecting performance data after it was closed and the data
  was not saved.
  
  Now, the Resource Monitoring task allows you to retrieve
  historical data that was collected by the RMF Monitor III data
  gatherer before the current date and time and to export the
  collected data samples to the local workstation for later
  performance analysis.
  
  More specifically, the following new actions have been added to
  the z/OSMF Resource Monitoring task.
  
  1. Retrieve historical data:
  - Retrieve historical data with a specific timeframe in the
  past.
  - Retrieve historical data with the default RMF Monitor III data
  gatherer range or the range specified by the user.
  
  2. Export dashboards or metric groups:
  - Export the entire dashboard with all metrics and resources.
  - Export a specific metric group with all or a subset of the
  metrics and resources.
  - Export the data with a specific range of intervals.
