Out of memory Error while doing a full export of large content store

Troubleshooting


Problem

A full content export that failed for the last month throwing the error, "CNC-MON-0036 Recovered from an unexpected server crash. Also see in the Windows Application logs that the Java program throws an "out of memory" error whenever this job fails. We found this support article through your website, https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/cnc-mon-0019-recovered-unexpected-server-crash-task-did but we are unsure as to where we need to increase the memory.
