Error description

• When running ADBTEP2, an attempt is made to use the
  value of SYSIBM. TEMPORAL_LOGICAL_TRANSACTION_TIME. However
  a null indicator is not present to handle the null value. As
  a result, a monitoring tool may record a SQLCODE = -305 error,
  pointing to the following statement:

  ADBTEPR (using ADBTEP2) does not handle situations where
  SYSIBM.TEMPORAL_LOGICAL_TRANSACTION_TIME is null.
  
  This situation results in an SQLCODE -305 error within ADBTEP2.
  However, the job is successful, and the SQLCODE -305 is not
  reported without the aid of a query monitoring tool.
  
  After applying this APAR, in addition to handling the null
  value, if the result of ADBTEP2 querying
  SYSIBM.TEMPORAL_LOGICAL_TRANSACTION_TIME is a negative
  return code, it will be included in the ADBTEP2
  output.
