Error description

• When running some CICS Performance Analyzer reports,
  customers reported seeing a S0CF abend in module
  CPASUMMF when running
  Summary report/extract/forwarding with STCPPCTP,
  SPEPCTP, OFFLPCT, OFLDPCT
  derived fields specified. The abend
  is caused by CICS transactions
  that have zero User CPU time.

Problem summary

  An S0CF abend can occur in CPASUMMF when running Summary report,
  extract, and forwarding with STCPPCT, SPEPCT, OFFLPCT, OFLDPCT
  derived fields specified. The abend occurs when CICS
  transactions have zero User CPU time.
  

Problem conclusion

• CPASUMMF has been changed to make sure that User CPU time will
  be checked before doing the calculation for STCPPCT, SPEPCT,
  OFFLPCT and OFLDPCT derived fields.
