Error description

• The 'REORG ALL PARTS if percentage exceeded' option for Reorg
  utility
  profile options may not occur as expected when all of the
  following
  conditions exist:
  
  1. Partitioned TS with NPI when only one partition is triggered
  or
  selected.
  
  2. Max partitions for the object described in #1 (above) exceeds
  a total of 10 partitions for the table space.
  
  3. NPSI included.
  
  4. Parallel option is blank.
  
  5. 'REORG ALL PARTS if percentage exceeded' value set to 1.
  
  Expected result: Convert to PART ALL in the generated JCL.
  
  Actual result: the object and triggered partition number is
  generated in the JCL.
