Error description

• When explaining an embedded SQL in a COBOL program (Option 1.5
  in SQLPA), the EXPLAIN report comes up empty, and Query Monitor
  reports the following error:

  'DSN8BC3 WHERE QUERYNO = 100000001  AND PROGNAME  = 'ANLTSO'
