  SPACE_USED_TOTAL was reporting values from the VSAM record but
  SPACE_ALLOC_TOTAL was reporting values from the SMS record. SMS
  values are an approximation whereas the VSAM values are accurate
  as they take the CI size into account.
  

Problem conclusion

• Tivoli Decision Support for z/OS, IBM Z Decision Support and
  IBM Z Performance and Capacity Analytics are enhanced to use
  the VSAM record for VSAM clusters.
