PI18562: SQLCODE104 AND SQLCODE204 ERRORS DUE TO WITH CLAUSE AND/OR INTO CLAUSE PROCESSING

Error description

• The resultant PTF will address the following issues:
  
  1) SQL PA issues SQLCODE204 when explaining SELECT containing
     WITH clause and unqualified tables in DBRM (A table qualifier
     is specified by a user).
  
  2) SQL PA issues SQLCODE104 when explaining SELECT containing
     WITH clause and unqualified tables in DBRM (No table
     qualifier is specified by a user).
  
  3) SQL PA issues SQLCODE104 when explaining PACKAGE that
     contains SELECT INTO clause. (v4.2 only)
  
  4) SQL PA issues incorrect message ANL1077W when Host variable
     is compared with the column that is qualified by a table
     indicator defined by WITH clause. (v4.2 only)
  
  5) SQL PA issues USER ABEND4083 when Host variable is compared
     with the column that is qualified by a table indicator
     defined by WITH clause. (v4.2 only)
  
  6) When running SQL PA against a DBRM, the report shows an extra
     leading character to the correlation name and the message
     ANL1077W instead of the ANL1079I one.
