Error description

• Customer reports reports that SQLPA hangs while recalling
  datasets (like ANLCOST.LOG) forcing TSO user to either:
  - get operator to cancel the TSO session or
  - hit the ATTENTION key twice (to stop HSM RECALL).
  

Local fix

• Either:
  - get operator to cancel the TSO session or
  - hit the ATTENTION key twice (to stop HSM RECALL).
