Error description
When a role doesn't include Manage Case permission, users from that role can't create case teams or modify membership to an existing case team. If your role doesn't have Manage Case permission and you click the Manage Team button, you see the "Your request cannot be processed" error. After closing the error message, a blank Manage Team page appears and you must click Cancel to return to the Case Details page although you expect to return to the Case Details page directly without seeing the Manage Team page.
