This document includes the steps necessary to collect a LIC Sockets SSL Trace using the TRCINT and TRCCNN commands.
Resolving The Problem
This document shows how to collect a LIC SSL trace and TRCCNN:

Check box all files with the recreate time frame.
Select the QPCSMPRT and QSYSPRT files related to the Trace taken.
Select export, you can export this to the desktop or IFS. Export to desktop, when more then one file is selected a zip file will be generated.
When zip is selected you will see a confirmation and the browser will have a iNavExport.zip file in it's downloads.
Drag/Drop to drop box. www.ecurep.ibm.com
If issues with Navigator, ensure current Navigator ptf currency.
