Error description

• With RPT 10.1, while attempting to configure Resource Monitoring
  with the JVM Monitoring data source, when the Resource tab is
  selected, an Error dialog reports "Unable to connect to server
  on specified host and port number".  The details of the error
  specify:
  
    java.io.IOException: Failed to retrieve RMIServer stub:
  javax.naming.NoInitialContextException: Cannot instantiate
  class: org.eclipse.jetty.jndi.InitialContextFactory [Root
  exception is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
  org.eclipse.jetty.jndi.InitialContextFactory]
    ...
  
  This is a regression introduced in RPT 10.1.  With RPT 10.0.2
  and earlier releases the resource monitoring works as expected.
  
  The Apache Tomcat Application Server data source has the same
  problem.
