Troubleshooting
Problem
If save while active (SWA) is used when running multiple save jobs and one save ends abnormally, restarting the failed save can result in additional failures and messages CPF3795 and MCH5203.
Resolving The Problem
If save while active (SWA) is used when running multiple save jobs and one save ends abnormally, it might not be possible to restart the save of the same objects while the other save jobs are still active. This is because the SWA side file is locked by the active jobs. It cannot be cleared of residual object information from the failed job until all of the save SWA jobs have completed.
In this situation, restarting the save can result in messages CPF3795, MCH5203, and others indicating damage to the device description. You should ensure all save while active save jobs have completed before restarting the save operation that failed.
