Error description

• DFSUDMP0 with DEDB hash check or FABCUR3 with IMGCPY=YES/DUAL
  abends with U4047 when both of the following APARs/PTFs are
  installed:
    - PH28270/UI72618 for IMS Fast Path Solution Pack V2.1 (FMID
      HAHQ210)
    - PH30776/UI72602 for IMS HP Image Copy V4.2 (FMID H1J0420)

  With PH28270/UI72618, FABAHEXT may incorrectly open the HFPAHST
  data set in some cases, even when there is no request to
  output historical records, which causes U4047 in DFSUDMP0
  with DEDB hash check or FABCUR3 with IMGCPY=YES/DUAL.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABAHEXT has been modified to open HFPAHST data set only when
  the HISTORY option is specified in the ICEIN data set.
