Error description

• WebSocket write thread could spin indefinitely on race
  condition
  
  Needed in tWAS 9.5.0.3 and above and tWAS 9.0.0.11,
  it basically supercedes PH18898. There is an issue for a hard
  to hit race condition.

  Threads appear to be hung when doing websocket write calls,
  this can most easily be seen when looking at a javacore.
  

Problem conclusion

• The race condition was fixed via a simple code addition.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
