Problem trigger:
A component was enabled/configured
(e.g. AFM or SMB) but the performance
monitoring was not configured.
Remount failure or unmounts on a busy system.

Symptom:
The performance monitoring tool can not provide metric
data for the component, according GUI panels might
be empty.

ALL Linux OS environments
