Problem

 QRadar® バージョン 7.3.3 およびそれ以降で、 chrony デーモンはコンソールと QRadar 管理ホストの間で時刻同期を行うために使用されます。この技術情報では、最新の QRadar バージョンでコンソールを強制的に時刻同期させる方法についてご説明します。

Symptom

  1. QRadar ダッシュボードが次のシステム通知のメッセージを繰り返し表示します: "Time Synchronization to a primary host or Console has failed" (プライマリーまたはコンソールとの時刻の同期が失敗しました)
  2. QRadar ログが、/var/log/qradar.log で chrony エラーを報告します。
  3. 管理者は、未来の終了時刻で作成されたオフェンスを確認します。
  4. 管理者はイベントの存在することがわかっているのに、検索結果が間違っているまたは管理対象ホストから結果が返されません。
