Problem
Admin is noticing that random reports fail with the error: ORA-01013 User requested cancel of current operation.
Specifically, in this case, a few reports a week fail with this issue. The reports were not cancelled manually at the time of failure.

Symptom
Database listener logs demonstrate the time of the connection and the connection happening and nothing else after neither is there any indication of a disconnect.
Then, it fails and the error message is generated. This crash can be intermittent behavior.
The connection isn't being maintained that's causing the early termination before the query runs and that is causing this error.
The issue happening as a new query is being sent through the old connection that was established and might still be active for a period after and then terminating before the query can be run.
