The following issues and limitations are known for IBM Security Verify Governance V10.0 and V10.0.0.1.

The following issues are known:
- IT-4723 Entitlement assignment coming from Target (Service Now) fails in Verify Governance.
The problem occurs when accounts are assigned from Service Now and the Verify Governance database is Oracle or PostgreSQL.
To address this issue, set to 1 the thread count for job 'Event TARGET Dispatcher' in Task Planner.
Follow these steps:
1. In the Task Planner module, select Manage->Jobs
2. Find and select job Event TARGET Dispatcher'
3. In the Details pane on the right, find the 'threadNumber' parameter and change the value to 1
4. Click 'Save' and exit

The product documentation states that users can enter also just part of an application name to filter requests in their Daily Work list. In reality, the search filter on this field works only if complete application names are entered.

- IT-4745 ServiceNow adapter 7.1.10 doesn't bring role Hierarchy in SVG10 - Working with Adapter Version 7.1.7.
If you have Role Hierarchy information in your ServiceNow target and you intend to reconcile it in Verify Governance, you should use ServiceNow Adapter v7.1.7. There is an issue with reconciling hierarchy information in later versions of the adapter.
- IT-4748 Recommendations for setting up High Availability across SDI in a cluster.
IBM Security Verify Governance V10.0 makes the exchanges across cluster members more secure, especially in the area of Security Directory Integrator High Availability. If some members are down when the Virtual Appliance cluster boots up, the firewall rules are not updated to allow communication / heart-beats on specific ports. In these cases, you might face issues with SDI High Availability.
To address these issues, reboot singularly each node of the cluster to ensure that the rules are updated across all the nodes and that they can allow the communication between SDI nodes across the member nodes.

With IE 11 level 19042.x, most window pop-ups throughout the product are displayed with a flawed opacity level and are poorly discernible.
Note that the upgrade to 19042.x from previous levels is pushed automatically by IE 11 without requiring a Windows 10 user consent.
As a workaround, Virtual Appliance or Administration Console users should use an alternative supported browser. Service Center users can use the supported version of Microsoft Edge Chromium.
