JR63058: ORACLE CC IS UPDATING WRONG DATA WHEN BATCH ERRORS MODE IS DISABLED

Error description

• Oracle Connector is not doing correct updates in Update then
  Insert write mode when batch errors mode is disabled , that is
  when CC_ORA_DISABLE_BATCH_ERRORS is set to TRUE and write mode
  = Upsert then Insert, table updates result in incorrect data.

Problem conclusion

• Code fix has been done to resolve the issue. Prior to the fix if
   two consecutive rows have the same primary key and if that key
  is not present in the table then only the first row would be
  inserted and the update from second row does not happen, after
  the fix the first row is inserted and the second row updates the
   previous insert.
