Error description

• A Compare job that uses Change Management
  may generate an incorrect CREATE ALTER LOGICAL PARTITION 0...
  statement when the original table partition has LOGICAL_PART =
  0.  This will result in the following error during ANALYZE:
  
  ADB8073E The partition cannot be added or inserted, because a
  partition with limitkey 2147483647 already exists.
  
  ADB8068I Partial statement at the point of error:

  When a comparison includes a table space that has an entry in
  SYSIBM.SYSTABLEPART with LOGICAL_PART = 0 and uses Change
  Management, an invalid ADMIN ALTER TABLE ALTER PARTITION 0
  statement might be generated.  This will result in the following
  error during ANALYZE:
  
  ADB8073E The partition cannot be added or inserted, because a
  partition with limitkey 2147483647 already exists.
