Error description

• When migrating APIs to DataPower API Gateway (port-to-apigw)
  using the optimize-gws option, invalid context.set calls are
  created.
  You get:
  ---
  context.set('message.headers.X-MYHEADER',
  context.get('api.org.name'), 'set');
  ---
  instead of
  ---
  context.set('message.headers.X-MYHEADER'',
  context.get('api.org.name'));
  ---
  

Local fix

• Manually correcting the API post migration with the
  port-to-apigw command.
  

Problem summary

• `apim.setvariable('foo', apim.getvariable('foo2'), 'set')`
  incorrectly converted to context.set()
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix allows AMU to correctly convert setvariable to context.set
