Additionally, Call Home Connect Cloud offers links to other online tools and security documents. You can also allow others in your group to have reader or editor access.
Easy access to warranty and maintenance information
Call Home Connect Cloud provides detailed information on warranties, maintenance contracts, service levels, and end of service information for each of your assets.
Data in the Call Home Connect Cloud continues to be visible even if you lose your network connection. When your connection resumes, updates are displayed immediately.
Real-time updates and notifications
Updates to your assets are displayed in the Call Home Connect Cloud as they happen, ensuring you always see the latest data. You can also subscribe to receive notifications abut important conditions detected for your assets.
Access to product-specific tools
Call home Connect provides direct links to product-specific tools including Storage Insights and Fix Level Recommendation Tool (FLRT).
Software and firmware level recommendations
Call home Connect provides software and firmware level recommendations for Storage and Power products, including Power LPARs.
