  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The default configuration file of the   *
  *                      load balancer may be written when a     *
  *                      fixpack is installed.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The default configuration file for the load balancer is named
  default.cfg. All the load balancer components (dispatcher,
  content-based router (CBR) and site selector) automatically
  load this configuration when they are started. When applying a
  fixpack, the default.cfg may be overwritten.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was fixed to prevent the default configuration file from
  being replaced when fixpacks are installed.
