Problem
DataStage Client is slow and even seems to hang when user is logging in to it, navigating the Repository tree and opening jobs.
Symptom
It takes 15 seconds to log in to the Designer at the first attempt, then the second attempt it is fast as normal (even if the first attempt used an incorrect credential). When a user is working in the Designer, after 2 - 3 minutes of being idle, it takes 15 seconds to open a job, then the subsequent attempts are fast, and the scenario reoccurs: 2 - 3 min of Designer being idle, then 15 seconds to open a job, and a normal speed in opening jobs is back again. Around 2 - 3 minutes is enough time for the issue to reoccur.
