Troubleshooting
Problem
Case Analyzer publishes data with a long delay due to stale connection and timeout errors on the Content Platform Engine.
Symptom
The pesvr_system.log file on the Content Platform Engine has the following exceptions:
PESecondary2 [Error] Unable to retrieve the list of scheduled tasks for [Case Analyzer Store name]; Exception: com.ibm.websphere.ce.cm.StaleConnectionException: IO Error: Connection timed out (Read failed)
