ITCAM for Transactions Internet Service Monitoring Agent: Profile element values in config panel are missing.

Symptom

When ISM agent is upgraded to 7.4.0.2 IF04 version, values for profile elements are not seen in the “config” panel. The user is unable to edit the configuration of profile elements in the TEP ISM Configuration Editor “config” panel . But the data of profile elements is seen properly on the ITM portal, under TEP ISM workspaces, because <monitor_type>.xml file present on ISM agent is correctly populated still.

In ismconfig db export  [ using CLI command  like: ismconfig.cmd/sh -u sysadmin -exportdb > ismDB.export ] , output values of profile elements are displayed properly.

The SQL error reported in TEPS logs  is as follows:
