APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In AFM LU mode file is cached before allowing the rename.
After the read, Dirty bit is set without copying the
inode to the previous snapshot causing the assert.

Problem summary


    

  • When an uncached file is renamed in the local-updates mode,
the file is not copied to the previous snapshot causing
the setInodeDirtyAndVerify assert.

None.

Rename of a uncached file in local-updates mode fileset.
