Troubleshooting
Problem
After installing Cognos Analytics 11.1.7 we are unable to open Cognos Configuration.
Error:
Err,java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /data/ibm/cognos/analytics/ibm-jre/jre/lib/amd64/libawt_xawt.so (/lib64/libxml2.so.2: undefined symbol: gzopen64, version ZLIB_1.2.3.3),
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: java.awt.Toolkit (initialization failure).
