Error description

• The Time Offset returned by the DAI utility DISPLAY TIME
  contains only hours, not minutes.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The time offset returned by the DAI     *
  *                      utility DISPLAY TIME contains only      *
  *                      hours, not minutes.                     *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  If the user's time zone offset is set to a multiple of 15
  minutes, DAI clients that use the DAI utility DISPLAY TIME may
  not be able to calculate the correct local time. This is
  because the time offset returned by the DAI utility DISPLAY
  TIME does not represent quarter hours.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module AIIUDISP has been modified to respond quarter hours
  to the time offset.
