Question
We need to know how is the communication flow for authentication between Cognos Analytics, AFDS and the user.
If you look at the configuration of an ADFS namespace in Cognos Configuration, there are two URLs, one from ADFS and the other from Cognos called return URL.
We need to know by firewall and communications issues if the authentication process needs bidirectional communication between:
- Cognos server and ADFS
- User and ADFS
(AFDS as an example.)
