Intermittent Cloudctl login failure with Error 401 after the upgrade

Troubleshooting


Problem

After the upgrade of IBM cloud Private from version 3.1.2 to Version 3.2.0 customer experienced intermittent failure while logging into the cluster using cloudctl client.
