How to open a support ticket for Micromedex?
To open a support ticket, please go to https://www.ibm.com/support/home/pages/support-guide/ and select your product from the drop down list as seen below.
After selecting your product, please click on the hyperlinked URL next to “IBM Watson Health (product name) Create a Case Support as seen below.
Please fill out all fields on the form and click the “Submit” button at the bottom.
