DESCRIPTION: Lenovo XClarity Controller (XCC) could allow a local authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system, caused by a stored CSV injection flaw. By using a specially-crafted file, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary commands on the system.

Remediation/Fixes
For unsupported releases or or end of support releases recommendation is to upgrade to supported release of the product.
Make sure Authentication and Authorization; or LDAP Authentication and Authorization modes are configured and used by XCC.
For IBM Cloud Pak System v2.3.0.1, v2.3.1.1, v2.3.2.0, v.2.3.3.1,
upgrade to v2.3.3.3 in 4Q. Information on firmware and upgrade available here.
