Troubleshooting
Problem
The viewer starts up but fails to render any documents and throws the following error about setting up a fake worker failed:
Symptom
As well as the error seen on screen, the browser developer tools console shows this sort of error:
VM275:1 Refused to create a worker from 'blob:https://<URL>' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "default-src 'self' 'unsafe-inline' 'unsafe-eval'". Note that 'worker-src' was not explicitly set, so 'default-src' is used as a fallback.
