Resolving The Problem
When using FTP on a Microsoft Windows-based system and connecting to the operating system, it is possible that a NETOUT error may occur when transferring savefile objects. The following scenarios are possible and can result in this error:
| o | The savefile object on the PC is corrupt. A new download of the savefile will resolve this scenario. |
| o | The savefile has an invalid extension like .exe. An executable file needs to be extracted resulting in a savefile object. |
| o | The savefile object on the PC has been extracted with problems. One common symptom is the savefile object has a size of zero. |
