Error description

• Problem Description:
  The IBM Spectrum Protect for Databases: Data Protection for
  Oracle client backup can lead to the following error message
  being reported in the Spectrum Protect Server activity log
  
  ie:
  ANR9999D_2579056714 SdCatalogObject(sdcreate.c:4329)
  Thread<2522956>: Encountered an invalid dedup chunk with ID of
  0 for object 1270558264 with offset
  152437831 while inserting SDRO rows. chunkP = d04942800
  (SESSION: 2245019)
  ANR0444W Protocol error on session 2245019 for node NODE1 (TDPO
  Linux86-64) - out-of-sequence verb (type missing client meta
  data) received. (SESSION: 2245019)
  ANE4994S (Session: 2245019, Node: NODE1) TDPO Linux86-64 ANU0599
  TDP for Oracle: (45926): => (NODE1) ANS1315W (RC15)  Unexpected
  retry request.The TSM server found an error while writing
  the data. (SESSION: 2245019)
  
  
  While in the Data Protection for Oracle client logs the
  following error messages could be reported:
  
   ANS1315W Unexpected retry request. The IBM
  Spectrum Protect server found an error while writing the data.
   ANS4994S TDPO Linux86-64 ANU0599 TDP for
  Oracle: (9666): => (NODE1) ANS1315W (RC15)   Unexpected retry
  request. The IBM Spectrum Protect server found an error while
  writing the data.
  
  
  
  
  L2 diagnostics:
  The problem may occur as follows:
  
  the  Data Protection for Oracle client backups an object via
  several channels; one of the channels successfully finishes its
  job and tries to finish the transaction with the proper verb
  sequence except for the last one (EndTxnEnhanced) that will
  receive "abortReasonCode 15" from the server;
  the  Data Protection for Oracle client then aborts other
  channels, as this error code is an unrecoverable error for the
  Data Protection for Oracle client:
  during the channel's shutdown,  the dsmEndSendObjEx API function
  is not called. The transaction is just aborted with an error
  indication.
  In order to address the behaviour here reported, also ensure the
  IBM Spectrum Protect server is running a version that includes
  the fix for APAR IT29362.
