Troubleshooting
Problem
An IBM® Cognos® LifeCycle Manager comparison containing a report that requires prompts fails when the IBM® Cognos® Analytics environments have anonymous access set to true. The environment also has a namespace configured for authentication that is signed in to in order to run the report.
Symptom
Clicking "prompts required" for the report in the comparison task does not generate the expected prompt page for the report and the comparison does not complete successfully.
