IJ28889: MMHEALTH DOES NOT WORK ON AIX

Error description

• mmhealth does not work on AIX
  

Local fix

• 1. touch mmsysmon.json
  2. mmccr fput mmsysmon.json mmsysmon.json
  3. mmdsh -N all mmsysmoncontrol restart
  After this workaround Sysmonitor will be able to startup,
  but some of its features (e.g. hiding events) will stay broken.

Problem conclusion

• Benefits of the solution:
  mmhealth command and all other Spectrum Scale
  components, that rely on it, will work.
  Work Around:
  1. touch mmsysmon.json
  2. mmccr fput mmsysmon.json mmsysmon.json
  3. mmdsh -N all mmsysmoncontrol restart
  After this workaround Sysmonitor will be able to startup,
  but some of its features (e.g. hiding events) will stay broken.
  Problem trigger:
  All new Spectrum Scale installations on AIX 7.1 and AIX 7.2 are
  generally affected in a major way (Sysmonitor cannot startup).
  Upgraded installations have some degraded functions.
