Device entry in ITNCM GUI is mostly blank and customer is unable to right click on the device entry.

Troubleshooting


Problem

A device that was previously being managed in ITNCM, all of a sudden shows up with blanks in many of the fields in the ITNCM GUI.  

Symptom

Most of the fields in the GUI are blank (including the device name).  When that happens, the customer is unable to right click on the device to perform any functions (like delete).  
The customer can create a new device entry as a replacement, but cannot get rid of the original device entry with the blanks.
