APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • On file system with HAWC enabled, data written
to disk could be lost after a node failure when using
the system call fdatasync() or Ganesha.

Local fix

  • Disable HAWC or avoid using the system call
fdatasync() to flush the data to disk
