One can now create samba share with
any UTF-8 character set.

Work Around:
One can create the SMB share name (using
utf8 character set) on a ces node directly.

Problem trigger:
A user issuing the mmsmb create command
on a non-ces node.

Symptom:
The mmsmb share name is not created
and the command fails.

Platforms affected:  Linux Only
