Error description

• DIA3604E The SSL function "gsk_secure_soc_init" failed with
  the
   return code "402" in "sqlccSSLSocketSetup".
  

Local fix

• copy db2jcc.jar file on below path
  :-
  
  dist/apps/dap/WEB-INF/lib/.

  updated with Below points .
