Cognos Analytics installer does not start

Question

I am trying to install Cognos Analytics on RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), however, message below is displayed and the installer does not start. I also set up a supported IBM Java Runtime and set the proper JAVA_HOME environment variable, however I get the same message.
